CIOTR publishes 1 peer-reviewed open-access journals at the forefront of intelligent operations research, artificial intelligence, and intelligent technology. Each title is independently edited by domain experts and follows the same rigorous standards of peer review, ethics, and open scholarship.
All submissions to our journals undergo double-blind peer review by domain experts. Our editorial processes are grounded in the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and reflect the best-practice standards of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
Our journals are fully open-access under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) licences. Authors retain copyright; readers gain unrestricted access. Articles receive Crossref DOIs and are deposited for permanent archiving in CLOCKSS and Portico.
