About the Journal
The Journal of Smart Computing is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal publishing innovative research in smart computing, artificial intelligence, intelligent optimization, and data-driven technologies. The journal aims to advance interdisciplinary research that integrates computational intelligence, modern analytics, and intelligent decision-making to address emerging challenges in engineering, industry, business, healthcare, and digital transformation.

All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) licence. Authors retain copyright; readers may freely read, download, distribute, and reuse articles with appropriate attribution.
Peer review
Manuscripts undergo a double-anonymous peer review. Each submission is first screened by a section editor for fit and quality, then sent to two or more independent expert reviewers. Editorial decisions are based on the originality, rigour, and significance of the work.
Publication ethics
The journal adheres to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Code of Conduct. Plagiarism, fabricated or falsified data, redundant publication, and undisclosed conflicts of interest are grounds for desk rejection or retraction.
Indexing
The journal aims to achieve inclusion in reputable international indexing and abstracting databases. Metadata registration and long-term digital archiving policies are continuously developed to maximize the visibility, accessibility, and preservation of published articles.
