Author guidelines

Before you submit

You will need:

• An author account on this site (register here).
• Your manuscript in PDF, DOCX, or LaTeX source (we accept .zip for source bundles).
• Full names, affiliations, and ORCIDs (where available) of all co-authors.
• A cover letter declaring originality and any conflicts of interest.

Manuscript preparation

Manuscripts should follow these conventions:

• Length: 4,000–12,000 words excluding references.
• Sections: Abstract (≤ 250 words), Introduction, Related Work, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
• Anonymity: remove all author-identifying information from the manuscript file for double-anonymous review.
• References: APA or IEEE style, applied consistently.
• Figures & tables: high resolution (≥ 300 dpi), captions in English.

Submission workflow

1. Register or log in.
2. From your author panel, click New submission and upload your manuscript.
3. An editor will perform an initial screening within 7 working days.
4. If accepted for review, two or more reviewers will assess the work; you will typically receive a first decision within 8 weeks.
5. Revisions are uploaded through the same panel; final accepted papers proceed to production and publication.

Publication fees

Currently, the Journal does not charge any submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), or publication fees for accepted manuscripts. The journal is committed to supporting the wide dissemination of high-quality scientific research during its establishment and growth phase.
